The purpose of the A, Agricultural, District
is to provide for agriculture and low-density single-family residential
development in the more remote rural areas of the Township where public
sewers are not available and are not anticipated in the immediate
future and to provide for accessory uses and compatible public and
semipublic uses as conditional uses or uses by special exception.
In the A, Agricultural, District, only the following
uses are authorized.

In the A, Agricultural, District, all uses shall be subject to the following regulations, except as they may be modified by the express standards and criteria for the specific permitted uses, conditional uses or uses by special exception contained in Article
XI.
A. Minimum lot area.
(1) Agriculture, garden nursery or greenhouse: 10 acres.
(2) Boarding stable or riding academy: 10 acres.
(4) Private stable: five acres.
(5) Single-family dwelling: one acre.
(7) All other principal uses: two acres.
B. Minimum lot width.
(1) Single-family dwelling: 100 feet.
(2) All other principal uses: 200 feet.
C. Maximum lot coverage: 30%.
D. Minimum front yard: 50 feet.
E. Minimum rear yard.
(1) Principal structures: 50 feet.
(2) Accessory structures: 20 feet.
F. Minimum side yard.
(1) Single-family dwelling: 20 feet.
(2) Farm structures: 200 feet.
(3) All other principal structures: 30 feet.

I. Maximum height.
(1) Principal structures.

Single-family dwelling: three stories, but no
