The Town is hereby authorized to install parking
meters, to operate said parking meters and charge fees for parking
in accordance with the parking meter rates and provisions for the
use thereof as are generally presently authorized by the Town and
as may be amended from time to time in the future for parking meters
in the Town, at the following locations:
