Editor’s Note: Former § 30-10, Terms of agreement;
acceptance, as amended, was repealed 7-22-2015 by Ord. No. 2015:1194.
The Mayor and Council hereby agrees with the
Borough of Rockleigh that the Borough of Closter shall share the aforementioned
Municipal Court services in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the aforementioned agreement subject to the adoption of a corresponding
ordinance by the Borough of Rockleigh authorizing the execution of
the agreement between the two boroughs.
The Mayor and Council hereby directs the Mayor
and Borough Clerk to execute any and all contract documents which
are necessary to effectuate the terms of this article.
This article shall take effect upon final passage
and publication according to law and upon the adoption of an ordinance
by the Borough of Rockleigh, authorizing the similar execution of
the aforesaid agreement.
