The Town of Cato, New York, hereby elects to confer the benefits of
§ 18 of the Public Officers Law upon the officers and employees
of the town.
The Town of Cato, New York, hereby elects to be held liable for the costs incurred under the implementation of § 12-1 above and § 18 of the Public Officers Law.
