The following words, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
CULTIVATE
To prepare and use soil or land for growing crops.
HARROW
To draw a harrow over land.
PERSON
Any natural person, partnership, firm, corporation, association or similar entity.
PLOW
To cut and turn up soil with a plow.
RIGHT-OF-WAY
The total width of any land established, reserved or dedicated as a public street or road.
No person shall hereafter cultivate, harrow, plow or in any manner disturb the surface of land within the right-of-way of any Township road in Brecknock Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding before any District Justice having jurisdiction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $600, plus the costs of prosecution, and in default thereof shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall, in addition to the penalties set forth in § 95-10 of this article, be responsible for any damage caused to any Township road or right-of-way.
