Hereafter and from time to time, the Town Council
or its authorized and designated representative may issue work orders
and permits to any proper person, group or organization desiring to
install, construct, improve or relocate any system of drainage, all
of which installation, construction, improvement or relocation work
shall hereafter become a part of the Barrington drainage system and
shall be performed and maintained in strict compliance with all the
rules, regulations and specifications applicable thereto that may
hereafter from time to time be established by the Town Council of
the Town of Barrington.

Any person who violates any provision of this
article shall, upon conviction, be fined up to $50 for each offense.
Every 24 hours' continuance of such violation shall constitute a separate
offense. Further, any person found guilty of violation of this article
shall be required to remediate the violation or, if the Town remediates
the violation, the person found guilty shall be liable to pay the
Town restitution for the cost of the remediation.
