In addition to and notwithstanding the provisions set forth in Article I, the following rules and regulations are established for the use of Latham Park.
All vehicles entering the park area shall proceed
slowly and directly to a parking area and shall remain parked in designated
areas until leaving.
Boats may be launched from the parking area,
but they cannot be larger than a Sunfish or similar type of boat.
No automobiles with trailers attached shall
be allowed to park in the parking area.
Ball playing will be allowed in park areas only.
