C.
Where a zoning district line is located approximately parallel to, in extension of or following a lot line or other mapped feature, it shall be so construed.
D.
Where a lot or parcel of land is divided by a zoning district boundary, the regulations for either district may be applied for a maximum of 50 feet into the other district, following the granting of a special use permit pursuant to the provisions of Article XIV.
E.
Distances not specified on the Zoning Map shall be determined by use of the scale indicated on the zoning plat sheet.
