A. 
Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 284-37), included herein and made a part of this chapter.
B. 
The traffic signal installations shall be in accordance with the provisions of An Act Concerning Motor Vehicles and Traffic Laws, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated, and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey.
A. 
The speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II (§ 284-38) included herein and made a part of this chapter, is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.
B. 
All other streets, roads and highways in the City of Brigantine shall be considered residential, and the speed limit shall be 25 miles per hour.
C. 
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limits.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 284-39), included herein and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any streets or parts thereof, except upon those streets or parts thereof described in Schedule IV (§ 284-40), included herein and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VII (§ 284-43), included herein and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designations.
The intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ 284-44), included herein and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 284-45), included herein and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The lane locations described in Schedule X (§ 284-46), included herein and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as lane use reservations, and traffic shall move only as indicated.
No passing zones are hereby established and shall be maintained along those streets or parts of streets described in Scheduled XI (§ 284-47), included herein and made a part of this chapter as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
A. 
A truck route system upon which all trucks having a total gross weight in excess of four tons are permitted to travel and operate shall be as set forth in Schedule XIII (§ 284-49).
B. 
All trucks having a total gross weight in excess of four tons are hereby excluded from all streets except those streets listed in Schedule XIII, except that this exclusion shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the street from which such vehicles are excluded.
