The Board of Trustees of the Village of Albion does hereby elect to
provide the following benefits:
A.
Section 375-i of the Retirement and Social Security Law
as presently or hereafter amended.
B.
The additional pension benefits of § 375-e
of the Retirement and Social Security Law, as presently or hereafter amended,
and entitled "guaranteed retirement benefits for employees of participating
employers."
C.
The Career Retirement Plan of § 375-g of the
Retirement and Social Security Law, as presently or hereafter amended, for
employees of participating employers.

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Albion does hereby elect, as
provided in § 302, Subdivision 9(d), of the Retirement and Social
Security Law, as presently or hereafter amended, to grant one year's
final average salary for eligible employees.
