No. 39]
No person, partnership or corporation shall construct any dwelling,
apartment, boardinghouse, hotel or any other type of building having a private
water supply without first obtaining a certificate of approval from the FVHD
of the location, construction and installation of such water supply.

There shall be a fee of $25 for each certificate of approval applied
for, said fee to be paid by the person, partnership or corporation applying
for said certificate.

Any person, partnership or corporation which shall violate the provisions
of this article shall be fined not to exceed $100.
