Article III Weight Limits

[Adopted 3-21-1990]

§ 150-11 Director of Public Works authorized to post weight limits.

§ 150-11 Director of Public Works authorized to post weight limits.

The Director of Public Works hereby has the authority to post weight limits on certain roads.

The Director shall notify the Town Clerk of the roads posted and the weight limits thereon. Said list shall be posted in the Town Hall for public inspection while in effect.

§ 150-12 Violations and penalties.

Violations of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not greater than $500 per offense.
