A fee of $28 will be charged for the initial
search and one (1) certified copy, certification or no record statement
for a birth, marriage, death, civil union or domestic partnership
certificate. A fee of $5 will be charged for each additional copy
of the same record simultaneously ordered. A fee of $20 shall be charged
for correction or amendment to a vital record. There shall be no fee
for the first death certificate issued for a deceased veteran.
