A. The following Board of Education property, specifically
Washington Township High School, shall have the movement of traffic
controlled by the type of regulation indicated herein. No person shall
operate or park a vehicle in violation of the regulations herein.
(1) General parking.
(a)
All vehicles must park in designated areas and
between the lines provided.
(b)
No person shall stop or stand in a vehicle upon
any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in
areas covered by other parking restrictions:

Unless another penalty is expressly provided
for by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of
this section or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty
of not more than $100 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15
days, or both.
B. No person shall park at any time in spaces marked
or designated by signs for police vehicles or Township officials only.
In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A.
39:5A-1, the regulations of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes
are hereby made applicable to the properties listed below:
A. A written consent has been filed by the Township of
Washington Police Department that the provisions of Subtitle One of
Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable
to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the
Canterbury Mews Condominiums located in the Township of Washington,
County of Gloucester and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

to a penalty of not more than $500 or imprisonment for a term not
exceeding 15 days or both.
B. Apostles' Lutheran Church has filed a written consent
with the Township of Washington that the provisions of Subtitle One
of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable
to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the
Apostles' Lutheran Church located in the Township of Washington, County
of Gloucester and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

in the Township of Washington, County of Gloucester and the following
regulations shall be enforceable:

of Washington, County of Gloucester, and the following regulations
shall be enforceable:

Association (HOA) with the Township of Washington authorizing that
the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes
of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets,
driveways and parking lots at the Villages of Parke Place located
in the Township of Washington, County of Gloucester, and the following
regulations shall be enforceable:

(1) In the interest of public safety, the Township of Washington authorizes
the application and implementation of Title 39 of the New Jersey motor
vehicle statutes as authorized by N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1 to all streets
within Pinnacle Place and the Villages at Parke Place and specifically
identified as follows:

(2) That all pavement markings, signs, posts, bolts or other necessary
material and design shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic
Control Devices for Streets and Highways (MUTCD), current edition,
and shall be maintained by the owner of the property.
(3) Regulations.

been issued the handicapped parking permits by the Division of Motor
Vehicles. Any person who parks their vehicle in a designated handicapped
parking area, and does not have the requisite handicapped parking
permit issued by the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles, will
be prosecuted in the same manner as provided by N.J.S.A. 39:1-1 et
seq.
(c)
Speed limits. The speed limits that are posted on property will
be enforced by the Washington Township Police Department, through
this section, with the authority vested in them by Title 39 of the
New Jersey Statutes and the municipal ordinances of Washington Township.
The speed limit for all traffic along the roadways specified herein
shall be 25 miles per hour. Regulatory and warning signs shall be
erected and maintained by the property owner to affect the above-designated
statutory speed limit authorized by N.J.S.A. 39:4-98.
(d)
Tow-away zone. Any vehicles parked or standing as to obstruct
or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading
zones, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way
a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by the towing of the said
vehicle at the owner or operator's expense, within the discretion
of the Washington Township Police Department, pursuant to Title 39
of the New Jersey Statutes and the Washington Township ordinances.
(e)
Stop controlled intersections. The intersections described are
hereby designated stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed
as provided therein.

traffic regulations on the properties identified herein shall be installed
and paid for by the developer. All signage shall conform to the current

(current edition), pursuant to 39:4-198 and 39:4-183.27, and shall
also include all applicable Township ordinances. Work shall be reviewed
by the Washington Township Police Department and the Washington Township
Engineer to ensure all installations meet state and federal specifications.
F. A written consent has been filed by Parkwood Manor in the interest
of public safety that the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 of
the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to all roads,
streets, driveways and parking lots within Parkwood located in the
Township of Washington, County of Gloucester, specifically identified
as Prime Place and Noble Place.

subsection, with the authority vested in them by Title 39 and the

by the property owner to effect the above-designated statutory speed
limit authorized by the Title 39:4-98.
(4) Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or
impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading
zones, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way
a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by the towing of the said
vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense, within the discretion
of the Washington Township Police Department, pursuant to Title 39
and the Washington Township Ordinances.
(5) Signs. All signs, posts, or other necessary materials required to
advise of the implementation of Title 39 traffic regulations and Borough
traffic regulations on the properties identified herein shall be installed
and paid for by the property owner. All signing shall conform to the
current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and
Highways (current edition), pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A.
39:4-183.27, and should also include all applicable Township ordinances.
Work shall be checked by the Washington Township Police Department
and the Washington Township Engineer, to ensure all installations
meet state and federal specifications.

(a)

(c)
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected
and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limits authorized
by the Department of Transportation.
(5) Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing as
to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or
exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area pedestrian walkway,
or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by
towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.
(6) Loading zone(s). The locations described are hereby
designated as loading zones. No person shall park a vehicle in said
location during the times indicated other than for the loading or
unloading of goods and materials.

(9) Existing stop signs at the mid-block crosswalks on
Taggart Parkway shall be removed.

All signs, posts, or other necessary materials
shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. All signing shall
conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices,
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided
for by the New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation
of this subsection or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a
penalty of not more than $500 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding
15 days, or both.
The owners of the premises referred to in §§
260-47 and
260-48 above shall provide and install signs and pavement markings as required, which signage and markings shall be in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The cost for the procurement and installation of signs and pavement markings shall be the responsibility of the owner of said property. The owner shall, subsequent to initial procurement and installation, maintain such signs and pavement markings in good condition at no cost or expense to the municipality. The owner shall be responsible for the repair and restoration or replacement of same.
