It shall be unlawful for any person to improperly change, amend or alter this Code, without authorization as provided by law, for the purpose of causing the law of the Township of Wayne to be misrepresented by such action. Any person violating this provision shall, upon conviction, be liable to the penalty stated in the Code of the Township of Wayne, Chapter 1, Section 1-15.
