In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 33:1-31, the license issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended or revoked for violation of any provision of Part I of this chapter or for violation of any provision of Chapter 1 of Title 33 of the Revised Statutes or of any of the rules and regulations promulgated by the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
