A.
No person shall carry on, conduct or maintain a dance hall establishment
for which admission is charged or where refreshments are sold and
dancing is permitted unless he/she shall first obtain the appropriate
license therefor from the Township Council as hereinafter set forth.
The provisions of this article shall not apply to any fraternal,
nonprofit, charitable or quasi-public club or organization.

Licenses shall be issued for a term of 1 year commencing January
1 and expiring December 31 of the year of issuance.
