It shall be lawful for any member of the Township Department of Health, the Health Officer, Health Inspectors or any person acting under and by the authority of the Township Department of Health to enter in and upon any commercial premises within the Township in the exercise of the powers or in the fulfillment of its or their duties conferred or imposed by law or Township ordinance and the rules and regulations thereunder. Any person hindering, obstructing, delaying, resisting, preventing or interfering with such right of access shall be deemed to violate the provisions of this article.
A. 
All licenses and permits issued by the Department of Health or the Health Officer shall be prominently displayed upon the premises for which they were issued.
B. 
All license cards or signs issued by the Department of Health or Health Officer shall be displayed at all times and in plain sight in the establishment or upon the vehicle or device for which they were issued.
C. 
No license or permit issued by the Department of Health or the Health Officer shall be transferable from person to person unless such transfer is authorized by law or by ordinance.
Any license or permit issued by the Health Officer or the Department of Health may be revoked for violation of the terms, conditions and provisions of the ordinance under which the said license or permit was issued or for other good cause, after hearing by the Health Officer on reasonable notice to the licensee of the time and place of said hearing unless the provisions of law or other provisions of this chapter or other ordinances provide otherwise. Pending such hearing, the Department of Health or the Health Officer may suspend such license or permit, provided that such hearing shall be brought within 10 days from the date of suspension, unless the provisions of law or other provisions of this chapter or other ordinances provide otherwise.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be liable to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, Section 1-15.
