No person shall construct or operate a new trailer court within
the Township.

Every application for a license renewal under this article shall
be obtained from the Health Officer and submitted to same. The application
will include but not be limited to the following:
A. The name and address of the applicant.
B. The name and address of the owner of the premises.
C. A method of sewage disposal, water and toilet facilities to be provided.
D. The maximum number of trailer coaches to be accommodated.
E. The names and addresses of the attendants to be in active charge
of the proposed trailer court and their hours on duty.
F. An agreement by applicant that he/she will permit entry to the court
at any time during the day or night by an authorized police officer
or by the Health Officer or his/her authorized representative.
G. A sketch of the property showing the location and number of trailer
spaces.
H. A sworn statement indicating the number of trailer spaces that were
rented in the previous year.

Renewals of licenses to maintain and operate a trailer court
shall be issued for a period of one year beginning January 1 and,
unless previously revoked, shall expire annually on the anniversary
date of issuance.

Licenses issued under this article shall not be transferable.

No person shall maintain, conduct or operate any trailer court
within the Township unless there shall be posted at all times in a
conspicuous place at said trailer court the license obtained from
the Health Officer in accordance with the provisions of this article.

Before any renewal of a trailer court license, an inspection
shall be made by the Health Officer or designee to determine that
all provisions of the Code of the Township of Wayne have been complied
with.
