The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to the trailer court within the Township; and it shall be unlawful for any person maintaining, operating, conducting or carrying on any trailer court, or living or sleeping in any trailer located in a trailer court, or any other person, to violate or contribute in any way to the violation of any provision of this chapter.
Every licensee shall maintain the court and any toilets, baths or other permanent equipment in connection therewith in a clean and sanitary condition and in a state of good repair.

A. 
Permanent additions to trailers are prohibited.
B. 
No deck of any kind shall be constructed nearer than 10 feet to an existing trailer.
C. 
No swimming pool shall be permitted within a trailer court unless it is a common amenity managed by the owner of the trailer court.

It shall be unlawful for any person to remove any wheel from a trailer coach.

Every trailer court shall be equipped at all times with fire equipment in accordance with the Uniform Fire Code, which shall be maintained in good working order.
No owner or person in charge of any dog, or other pet animal, excluding cats, shall permit it to run at large or commit any nuisance within the limits of any trailer court.

A. 
It shall be the duty of the licensee to keep a register containing a record of all trailer coach owners and occupants located within the court. The register shall contain the following information:
(1) 
Name and address of each occupant.
(2) 
Manufacturer, model and year of manufacture of each automobile and trailer coach.
(3) 
Vehicle license number and name of owner of each trailer coach and automobile by which it is towed.
(4) 
Names of states issuing the vehicle licenses.
(5) 
Dates of arrival and departure of each trailer coach.
(6) 
Location of the subsurface sewage disposal system identified in a detailed diagram of the trailer court.
(7) 
Dates of work, copies of permits and the work details of all maintenance activities, repairs and alterations of the subsurface sewage disposal system servicing that trailer coach.
B. 
The trailer court licensee shall keep the register available for inspection at all times by law enforcement officers, public health officials and other officials whose duties necessitate acquisition of the information contained in the register. The register records shall not be destroyed for a period of three years following the date the registered occupant vacates the trailer court.

A. 
If the unit is not owner occupied, the minimum usable floor area shall be 150 square feet for the initial occupant and 100 square feet for each additional occupant.
B. 
Each trailer coach space shall contain a minimum area of 2,800 square feet and shall be at least 40 feet wide, and its boundaries shall be clearly marked.
The Health Officer or designee shall have the authority to enter and inspect for health and sanitation purposes any facility licensed under this chapter, at any reasonable time.
