The provisions of this article shall apply to trailer coaches, their use, occupancy and location outside of a trailer court licensed under this chapter.
A. 
No person shall park any trailer coach of any kind on any street, alley, highway or public place in the Township.
B. 
No trailer coach shall be parked, used or occupied on any tract or ground within the Township except as otherwise provided in this chapter.

A. 
No person shall use or occupy any trailer coach on the premises of any occupied dwelling, unless a permit therefor shall have first been obtained from the Health Officer in accordance with the requirements hereinafter set forth in this article. No person shall permit such parking, use or occupancy unless the occupant of the trailer coach shall first have obtained the required permit therefor. No permit shall be granted under this article unless the owner or his/her legal agent or his/her lessee of the location for which the permit is sought gives written consent.
B. 
The occupancy of a trailer coach shall only be permitted where dwelling already existed solely in cases where the existing structure has been rendered uninhabitable due to some catastrophe such as fire or flood and the existing structure is undergoing repair.
A. 
The application for a permit under this article to locate on premises of an occupied dwelling shall contain:
(1) 
The address of the occupied dwelling.
(2) 
The name of the occupant of said dwelling and his/her written consent authorizing the applicant to so locate.
(3) 
A statement of the nature and location of the sanitary facilities and the written permission of the occupant of the dwelling house for their use.
(4) 
A statement that all waste water from trailer coach sinks will be emptied into a proper septic tank or other approved disposal receptacle.
B. 
The application for a permit under this article to locate on a vacant lot shall contain:
(1) 
The name of the street on which the lot fronts and the approximate distance from the nearest identified intersection.
(2) 
A statement of the nature and location of sanitary facilities.
(3) 
A statement that all waste from the trailer coach shall be emptied into a proper receptacle.
(4) 
The written consent of the owner or his/her legal agent of the location for which the permit is sought.

A. 
The permit issued under this article shall be for a period not exceeding 6 months, which may be renewed for an additional 6-month period.
B. 
The fee for a permit issued under this article shall be as provided in Chapter 75, Fees.
The use of trailer coach plumbing fixtures is prohibited unless the fixtures meet the requirements of applicable ordinances of the Township.
Each person to whom a permit shall be issued under this article shall comply with all the regulations and requirements set forth in this article, in other applicable ordinances of the Township and in the rules and regulations duly promulgated by the State Department of Health and the Township Department of Health.
