The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138 or any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.

A. 
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 200-29), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., except upon any of the streets described in Subsection C of Schedule I (§ 200-29C), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II (§ 200-30) of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule III (§ 200-31) of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule III, attached to and made part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV (§ 200-32) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule V (§ 200-33), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.

Where a written request has been received from the owners, all the provisions of subtitle I, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes, including but not limited to all the traffic controls contained therein, are hereby made applicable to the properties listed. Specific regulations pertaining to each property are listed in Schedules VI, VIA and VII (§§ 200-34, 200-34.1 and 200-35), attached to and made part of this chapter.[1] The letter of request and plat plans are on file in the office of the Township Clerk and are hereby made a part of this chapter.
Fees and charges for the review of such requests and the preparation of an ordinance shall be as set forth in Chapter 75, Fees.
