The Director of Code Enforcement is hereby vested with the authority
to formulate and promulgate any rules or regulations necessary to implement
the intent of this chapter. Said rules and regulations may relate to any aspect
of the services provided by this Department. Said rules shall set forth the
requirements and limits for the delivery of these services to the Town.
All rules promulgated hereunder shall be filed with the Town Clerk and
posted upon the Town Clerk's official signboard as well as posted in all offices
of the Town which provide the services set forth herein. Said rules shall
take effect on the 11th day following their filing with the Town Clerk.
