The dates and times of regular meetings of the Village Board of Trustees shall be established by resolution of the Village Board or by a duly adopted Board meeting procedure.

Special meetings of the Village Board of Trustees may be called in accordance with any duly adopted Board meeting procedure and with notice as provided in the New York State Open Meetings Law.[1]

The Village Board of Trustees may, at its discretion, adopt Board meeting procedures allowing for motions or resolutions introduced at a meeting for the first time to be held over until the next board meeting by any one member of the Village Board.

The Village Board will follow New York General Construction Law § 41 for all Village Board meetings, advisory meetings, and committee meetings.
