Sewer service to areas outside of the political boundaries of the Village
shall be provided only where their respective governing bodies have adopted
and have the power to enforce those provisions contained in the Endicott Sewers
and Sewage Disposal Law. Such provisions shall be not less stringent than
those contained in this chapter.
The Village shall arrange by written agreement with the governing bodies
of such areas to be provided with sewer service for the collection of all
user fees either through direct billing to individual users within such areas
by the Village or through lump sum payment by the governing bodies of such
areas for the total fees due from all users within their respective areas.
Fees shall be calculated by the Village in accordance with its user charge
system.
