A person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter relating to the requirement of obtaining a license (§
106-14) or relating to the operation requirements (§
106-19) shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of at least $150 and not exceeding $2,000, or an alternative sentence pursuant to Penal Law § 80.05, Subdivision 5. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the Board of Trustees may enforce this chapter by any and all civil remedies in a court of the appropriate jurisdiction.
Application for reinstatement of a license previously
revoked may be made to the Board of Trustees in accordance with the
provisions of this chapter relating to applications. The Board of
Trustees may condition reinstatement of the license upon such terms
as are reasonable to ensure nonrepetition of the cause of revocation.
