All properties in the village, and located within the Great Neck Water Pollution Control District or the Belgrave Water Pollution Control District, shall conform to the requirements of such District as to sewer connections and use of sewers.

The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the village in the same manner as provided in Chapter 91, Fire Prevention and Building Construction, of this Code.[1]

In case of the failure to discontinue or correct or remove such violation within ten (10) days after the mailing of said notice, the Board of Commissioners of the sewer district or the Village Building Inspector or their respective agents, servants or employees may enter into the premises and disconnect the sewage line or remove all violations without further notice, at the cost and expense of the owner or occupant, without recourse or liability against the sewer district or the village.[1]
