Where uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of districts as
shown on the Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
A. Boundaries indicated as approximately following the center lines
of streets or highways shall be construed to follow such center lines.
B. Boundaries indicated as approximately following platted lot lines
shall be construed as following such lot lines.
C. Boundaries indicated as parallel to or extensions of features indicated in Subsections
A and
B shall be so construed. Distances not specifically indicated on the Zoning Map shall be determined by the scale of the map.
Where a district boundary line divides a lot, the uses and the regulations of the less restricted portions of the lot may be extended not more than 10 feet into the more restricted portion, provided that the lot has frontage on a street in the less restricted district. The uses and the regulations of the less restricted district may be extended farther into the more restricted district upon approval of the Board of Appeals, granted in accordance with Article
