The applicant shall submit to the Town Planner three paper copies,
plus one additional paper copy for each seated Planning Board member,
of a final plan for a major land development or major subdivision
titled "Major Land Development" or "Major Subdivision," drawn to a
scale of one inch equals 40 feet. The scale may be modified with written
permission of the Town Planner. All plan sheets shall be prepared
and certified by a Rhode Island Professional Engineer and/or Professional
Land Surveyor and shall be numbered sequentially (e.g., sheet 1 of
3, 2 of 3, etc.). A sufficient number of twenty-four-inch-by-thirty-six-inch
sheets, to be determined in writing by the Town Planner, shall be
included. All plans shall contain the following information and shall
contain a written a statement explaining any items determined by the
applicant to be not applicable (to be marked as "N/A"):

All information as depicted on the Concept Plan, Master Plan
and Preliminary Plan, containing conditions and revisions as required
by local, state and/or federal reviewing agencies.
(2)
Signature block indicating Planning Board approval, to be signed
and dated by the Planning Board Chairman.
