The sale of used vehicles within Waterford Township
is prohibited unless the individual or entity selling used vehicles
is licensed by the State of New Jersey and the sale is conducted at
a properly zoned and licensed location within Waterford Township.
The prohibition set forth in § 268-1 hereof shall not apply to the sale of used vehicles from private property in Waterford Township, provided the used vehicle is being sold by the owner or occupant of said property, and further provided that no more than one used vehicle may be listed for sale or sold from private property at any given time.
The sale of used vehicles on public property
is prohibited.
