Louisa County Sheriff's Department, Louisa Town
Police and the Virginia State Highway Patrol (State Police) shall
have the authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter.

A person guilty of violating any provision of
this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine
of not more than $2,500, together with taxable costs, or by confinement
in jail for not more than 12 months, either or both. All fines collected
under this chapter shall be deposited in the Town General Fund.
The Town Manager shall have the authority to
issue additional written rules and regulations relative to the provisions
of this chapter, and which shall be displayed within the park.
The Town manager shall have the authority to
revoke any use permit for good cause. Any permit or reservation may
further be revoked by the Town Manager upon violation of any ordinance,
rule, or regulation of the Town of Louisa by the permittee.
Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to prevent
employees or agents of the Town of Louisa from performing their assigned
duties.
