There is hereby created a Capital Improvements
Advisory Committee to advise the Town Council prior to the Council
budget sessions in developing, planning, prioritizing and implementing
capital improvement projects within the Town.
The Capital Improvements Advisory Committee
shall be composed of five members appointed by the Council to an initial
term terminating on June 30, 1983. All subsequent appointments shall
be for terms of two years commencing on the first day of July. Any
vacancy in a membership of the Committee shall be filled by the Council
for the unexpired term of such member. The Town Manager, the Deputy
Director of Public Works/Engineering and the Director of Community
Development shall serve as ex officio members of the Committee.
