Special Act No. 89-13, Substitute House
Bill No. 5561. An Act validating certain actions of the Board of Selectmen
of the Town of Wilton.

Be it enacted by the Senate and
House of Representatives in General Assembly Convened:

Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 2-14
and 13a-48 of the General Statutes, all actions of the Board of Selectmen
of the Town of Wilton taken with respect to the acceptance of public
highways during the period commencing January 1, 1963, and ending
on the effective date of this Act, otherwise valid except for the
failure to comply with the provisions of said Section 13a-48, are
hereby validated.
