GENERAL REFERENCES
Premises selling alcoholic beverages; hours of operation — See Ch. 89, Art. II.
A. 
No poolroom shall remain open nor shall there be permitted the playing of pool in any poolroom on any weekday between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. and on Sundays between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
B. 
If a poolroom or pool table is used in or on a premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages, then the hours of operation of the licensed premises shall apply.[1]

Each and every person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject, upon conviction thereof, to a fine not exceeding $1,000, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof, in the discretion of the Judge before whom said conviction shall be had.
