The owner or owners or occupants of all dwellings,
stores or other buildings and the owners of all vacant lots fronting
on any street, lane or alley in the City of Amsterdam shall, once
in each week during the spring, summer and autumn months, clean out
or cause to be cleaned out the street gutters in front of the dwelling,
store or other building or vacant lot owned or occupied by him or
them.
Any person violating the provisions of § 206-6 shall forfeit and pay a penalty of $3 for each offense.
