The City of Amsterdam hereby desires to authorize
refund or credit of payment of taxes imposed by the City of Amsterdam,
pursuant to the authority of Article 29 of the Tax Law, with respect
to purchases of materials used in constructing, expanding or rehabilitating
certain business properties located in an Economic Development Zone,
in accordance with the regulations set forth in § 1119,
Subdivision (a), of the Tax Law.
City of Amsterdam hereby authorizes the refund
or credit of payment of certain of the taxes imposed under Article
29 of the Tax Law by the City of Amsterdam in respect to purchases
of materials used in constructing, expanding or rehabilitating certain
business property located in Economic Development Zones in the City
of Amsterdam, in accordance with § 1119, Subdivision (a),
of the Tax Law and § 966 of the General Municipal Law, with
the provision of an Economic Development Zone in which the aforementioned
materials are to be used in accordance with § 966 of the
General Municipal Law.
