The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed
on or along any village or county streets or highways within the Village
of Sagaponack is hereby established at 25 miles per hour.

The speed limit within 1,320 feet of the Sagaponack School is
15 miles per hour from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on school days, and
the speed limit on the Sagg Bridge is 15 miles per hour at all times.

The speed limit on the west side of Town Line Road from the intersection
of Daniels Lane south to the terminus at the Atlantic Ocean is 15
miles per hour.
