[Adopted 7-1-1965 (Ch. 1, Art. III, of the 1964 Code)]
It is unlawful and a violation of this Code
for any person to do any act prohibited or omit to do any act required
by any provision of this Code or any rule, regulations or order promulgated
by the Commissioner of Police and Public Safety or any other official
of the village pursuant to and in accordance with powers delegated
by or pursuant to this Code.
Wherever it shall constitute a violation of
this Code to cause or permit a condition to exist or where the existence
or continuance of such condition is in violation of this Code, each
and every day on which said condition or violation continues shall
be a separate violation of this Code.
