A.
Upon the issuance of a master electrician's license
or renewal thereof by the Superintendent of the Building Department,
said master electrician shall file a certificate of insurance on the
standard form approved by the Industrial Commissioner, showing that
he is carrying compensation insurance for his employees.
B.
In the event that the applicant hires no employees,
an affidavit attesting to this fact must be filed.
