No person shall willfully raise, create or continue a false alarm of
fire or willfully aid, abet or assist or cause the raising, creating or continuing
of such false alarm.
No person within fire lines established about the scene of a fire, other
than a fireman or policeman on active duty, shall disobey or disregard the
directions or commands of any fireman or police officer.
Any person, other than a fireman, who crosses or passes through established
fire lines shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter unless such crossing
or passing through is authorized or directed by a fireman or policeman on
active duty.
