In a Business A District the following regulations
shall apply. No building shall be erected, altered or used and no
lot or premises may be used except for one of the following:
A.
The purposes set forth in Article IV, § 248-6 and Article VI, § 248-34 of this chapter, provided that a building shall not hereafter be erected, altered, enlarged or used exclusively and primarily as a residence, detached dwelling, multiple dwelling or apartment building, unless such building is so used on the effective date of this section.
C.
Showroom for products not manufactured upon the premises
and not including any food products or wearing apparel or structure
materials of any kind or nature, and provided that there shall be
no display of products except inside such showroom.
D.
Professional office, excluding medical office use

E.
Travel agency office.

The buildings erected on any lot shall not in
their aggregate areas exceed 50% of the lot area.
There shall be a front yard, the depth of which
shall not be less than 35 feet.
There shall be a rear yard, the depth of which
shall not be less than 25 feet.
There shall be side yards, the width of which
shall not be less than 25 feet from the adjacent property or 50 feet
from streets or highways.
No building shall exceed 50 feet in height.[1]
No accessory building shall be erected within
50 feet from a street line or within any side yard or within 20 feet
from the rear line of the main building or within three feet of the
rear line of the lot.
