In the Business B-1 through B-6 Districts, the following use regulations shall apply: No building may be erected, altered or used, and no lot or premises may be used, except for those uses designated as a permitted use (subject to Article XXVIII) and indicated with the letter "P" on the column of the following schedule for the particular district in which such building, lot or premises is situated; or designated as a special use (subject to Articles XXVIII and XXIX) and indicated with the letters "SU" on the column of the following schedule for the particular district in which such building, lot or premises is situated; or designated as a permitted accessory use and indicated with the letters "PA" on the column of the following schedule for the particular district in which such building, lot or premises is situated. Where the schedule indicates "P 2nd or 3rd Floors Only," such uses are permitted in those districts only on the second or higher floors of a building located in that district.[1]
