Any person aggrieved by any regulation, order,
decision or action by the Agency pursuant to these regulations may
appeal to the Superior Court in and for the county where the land
affected is located within 15 days after publication of such regulation,
order, decision or action. All appeals shall follow the procedure
outlined in Section 22a-43 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as
amended.
The Agency shall notify the Commissioner of
Environmental Protection of any such appeals and enclose a copy of
the regulation, order, decision or action upon which it is based.
The notification shall be on a form supplied by the Commissioner and
be forwarded within 15 days of the commencement of such appeal action.
