A.
The applicant upon approval of the license and at
the discretion of the Agency, may be required to file a performance
bond in an amount and with sureties and in a form approved by the
Agency.
B.
The bond and sureties shall be conditioned on compliance
with all provisions of these regulations and conditions imposed on
permit approval.
The applicant may be required to certify that
the applicant has public insurance against liability which may result
from the proposed operation or use covering any and all damages which
might occur within two years of completion of such operations, in
an amount to be determined by the Agency commensurate with the projected
operation.
