A.
The Town Superintendent of Highways shall have the
authority to install and maintain such traffic control devices as
he may deem necessary to regulate, warn or guide traffic upon roads,
streets and highways maintained and controlled by the Town of Henrietta,
subject to the provisions of §§ 1682 and 1684 of the
Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
B.
All traffic control devices installed and maintained
shall conform to the provisions and specifications of the Manual of
Uniform Traffic Control Devices of the State of New York, Department
of Transportation.
