In accordance with Rhode Island Public Laws 1999, Chapter 174, the Smithfield
Town Council hereby establishes the Smithfield Land Trust, a body politic
and corporate and a public instrumentality. The authority and responsibilities
of the land trust shall be as set forth in Rhode Island Public Laws 1999,
Chapter 174.
