The President of the Town Council, the Town Treasurer and the
Local Director of Human Services are hereby authorized, empowered
and directed to do in their official capacities all things necessary
to comply with the provisions of the Public Assistance Act of 1944
(G.L. 1956, § 40-6-1 et seq.).
