The accompanying schedules of regulations, constituting §§ 171-52 and 171-53 herein, list and define the uses of land and buildings, the height of buildings, the area of lots, off-street parking space and other matters. The regulations listed for each district as designated are hereby adopted and prescribed for each such district, subject to the provisions of this Article, and, unless otherwise indicated, shall be deemed to be the minimum requirements in every instance of their application.
It is the intention that the uses set forth for each
district shall not be permitted uses in any other district in the
schedule unless allowed specifically or by reference as permitted
uses in said district.
