All demolition material shall be wetted frequently
with amended water. All waste and refuse shall be removed from work
area and site and disposed of appropriately. Backfill shall be clean
fill only, e.g., topsoil, sand and the like. Any foundation floor
shall be removed or breached and any old foundation walls shall be
removed within two feet of the finish grade. Finish surface elevation
shall be seeded for grass coverage and there shall be no stormwater
runoff.
