[Adopted 3-7-1973]
Pursuant to §§ 276 and 277 of the Town Law, said Planning Board is hereby authorized to approve plats showing lots, blocks or sites, with or without streets or highways; to pass and approve the development of plats already filed in the office of the Clerk of said county if such plats are entirely or partially undeveloped; and the Planning Board may require such additional requisites for plat approval as the Board may deem appropriate.[1]
